why should I give my details when entering the restaurant?

Upon your arrival at Asta Italian Restaurant, your host will kindly ask you to sanitize your hands before taking your temperature and filling in a little form. By collecting your name, phone number and temperature, we comply with the government rules on contact tracing. We value your privacy and your information will only be used to contact you in case of a Covid-19 suspicion.

why should I wear a mask?

We are sad not to see your beautiful smile under your mask when you arrive at Asta Italian Restaurant. Yet, to protect yourself, our guests and our staff members, we kindly ask you to wear a face mask covering your mouth and nose when you walk around our venue.

what is the protocol in your kitchen?

• The restaurant is fully sanitized before staff enter the building.

• Staff temperatures are tested before entering the kitchen.

• All kitchen staff have been given washable face masks which they are always required to wear when at work.

• Hand Sanitizers have been placed at 4 points in the kitchen.

• All staff members are required to hand sanitize every half an hour.

• We have limited the number of staff coming into the restaurant to a maximum of 3 at any one time.

• Staff are required to stay 1m apart at all times.

• No shaking hands or touching is allowed.

• No staff members can enter the building if they are suspected of having any symptoms.

• The kitchen and its equipment are sanitized before and after every shift.
